With multiple operating sites and ambitious having enjoyed recent expansion via merger, they offer a collaborative environment where your financial expertise will directly influence business success.The RoleWork closely with and provide strategic advice to the COO, CEO and BoardOversee monthly reporting, year-end accounts, and statutory complianceLead annual budget preparation and full-year forecasting processesManage cashflow, banking relationships, and treasury operationsOversee payroll, insurance, risk management, and internal controlsDrive business cases and process improvement initiativesProvide leadership and support to the finance teamYour ProfileQualified CA / CPA or similar with experience in a financial management / leadership roleExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with the ability to work closely with a small SLTExperience working within medium to large commercial businesses and leading finance teamsProficiency in creating complex financial models and strong experience with financial systemsHold full, unrestricted working rights for New Zealand and be based in ChristchurchWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
