Aisle Master / Reach Forklift Lead Operator

Hobbs Global Logistics Solutions Ltd have been in the industry for over 40 years, operating from Albany on Auckland's North Shore and Auckland Airport.

We cover a range of expertise from Freight Forwarding, Customs Brokerage and 3PL Warehousing.We are looking for an enthusiastic superstar to join our experienced 3PL team.Reporting to our Warehouse Operations Manager; as our Lead Operator in our second warehouse.The role is exceptionally fast paced, handling 200-300+ pallets daily across a small team for picking, loading and putaway using our Aisle Master forklifts.The ideal candidate will have experience operating Aisle Master or Reach forklifts to heights of 10m safely to ensure orders are picked on time and inbound freight is putaway.We are looking for an individual to not only operate, but lead our small team on our second site, servicing the requirements of several large customers.Skillsets required : Leadership Experience and AcumenExperience Operating Aisle Master (preferable) or Reach Forklifts to 10m HeightsWork Well as a Part of a TeamCargowise Experience (Beneficial but not essential)A Fast Paced Temperament with High Regard for Health and SafetyStrong Problem Solving SkillsAttention to Detail - This is key working with many subtly different products.A Work Ethic Second to NoneA Desire to LearnWhat's in it for you?
