We invite applications for a permanent, full-time Scale A position teaching Y7–8 students, starting term 1,

We are seeking a Kaiako who demonstrates :

Excellent teaching credentials.

The ability to teach extension mathematics and literacy.

A commitment to a structured literacy approach.

Proven experience with extra-school activities, contributing to the holistic development of students and school life.

Ability to work effectively independently while also thriving as a collaborative and supportive member of the school team, dedicated to collective problem-solving.

Build strong relationships with tamariki, whanau and colleagues.

Commitment to inclusion and values :

A strong foundation in culturally responsive practice that values the identities, languages, and cultures of all learners, with a genuine commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Excellent behaviour-management skills and ability to be a positive role-model for the school's GROW values.

A desire to bring new innovation and fresh perspectives to the vibrant learning environment.
