Urgent Care Nurse - Team Medical at Kapiti Limited

Are you an experienced registered nurse with a passion for urgent care?

Do you have experience in an accident and medical environment?

If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for an Urgent Care Nurse to join our kaimahi at Team Medical to cover Parental Leave for 8 months

Part time - 33 hours rostered over a fortnight with the following days / hours of work

Week one - Wednesday

  • , Friday
  • , Saturday
  • , Sunday

Week two - Tuesday

  • , Friday
  • Conveniently located on the Kapiti Coast!

    About Team Medical -

    Team Medical is a locally owned, integrated family health centre working in association with Green Cross Health to provide a full range of GP care to our enrolled patients and Urgent Care services for accidents and urgent medical needs in our community, with full Xray facilities on site.

    As a key health hub to the Kapiti Coast our GP service typically operates Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm whilst our urgent care services operate 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm.

    About the Position and You :

    We have an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to join our Urgent Care kaimahi.

    We are looking for someone who can bring clinical excellence and a passion for outrageously good customer service.

    Clinical experience and passion for urgent care including wound care and fracture care

    Great communication skills at all levels with patients.

    Commitment to the principles and practices of health equity

    Good computer literacy - MedTech / Evolution experience preferred
