Sales & Marketing Administrator

Join a dynamic, fast-growing New Zealand wine business and play a key role supporting our domestic and international sales and marketing teams.
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Sales & Marketing Administrator to help us deliver outstanding customer service and keep our brand activity running smoothly across global markets. You’ll be the backbone of our sales and marketing operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
You’ll support our domestic and export sales teams, ensuring our distributors, retailers, and customers receive the assets, updates, and service they need. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining our marketing presence, assisting with website updates, online sales, social content scheduling, and new product launches.
This is a hands‑on, team‑focused role with the opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Manage and update tasting notes, tech sheets, product images, and trade collateral.
- Coordinate domestic and export sample shipments, courier logistics, and follow‑up.
- Gather sales forecasts from distributors and key accounts.
- Assist with sales reporting, pricing files, and customer asset packs.
- Support distributor meetings with preparation of presentations and materials.
Marketing Support
Maintain and update our website content, online store listings, and product information.Assist with digital sales promotions, eCommerce campaigns, and customer enquiries.Schedule social content and support marketing campaigns and product launches.Help coordinate POS, brochures, and promotional assets.Monitor marketing tasks, budgets, and timelines.Administration
Maintain accurate data across CRM, stock lists, product codes and pricing.Support the sales and marketing team with general admin tasks to improve efficiency and execution.About You
We’re looking for someone who is :
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Confident working across multiple tasks and priorities.Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.A strong communicator with great written and verbal skills.Tech‑savvy with experience using websites, CMS platforms, or social media tools.Ideally experienced in FMCG or the wine industry (not essential).If you’ve worked in sales support, marketing coordination, customer service, or admin roles before and you love wine, this is a great fit.
