We have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join our respected Gerontology Nursing team, where your emerging expertise will make a tangible difference in the lives of older adults across the Waitematā district.

About the Team / Service / Location

This role will be based in Rodney (Hibiscus Coast & Warkworth) - with potential inpatient work at Waitākere Hospital

As part of our community-based team, you’ll be supported to work both independently and collaboratively with Geriatricians, General Practitioners, Residential Aged Care providers, and whānau to :
