This role will be varied but involves a combination of developing new products and making amendments to new releases of existing products in a 40 : 60 ratio.

Its involves conceptual design, prototyping, testing, specification, documentation and component selection.

THE ROLE The core focus of this newly created role is the continued design of World Class Products whilst creating a fun, high performing, motivated project team (3-5 people).

You have the skill and expertise to know what design work can be completed in the time available, that it is robust, safe and easily manufactured.

This is a key "hands on" technical design and team lead role for this organization, which places a strong emphasis on keeping its products at the forefront of its global market.
