The role
As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, Retail Service Providers (RSPs) and developers / builders, acting as their primary point of contact post‑sale. You’ll lead the coordination of service delivery, working cross‑functionally with Operational and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution, high‑quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong stakeholder management, project management expertise, critical thinking, and the ability to balance customer experience with commercial outcomes.
What we’re looking for
Previous depth of experience in Account Management, Business Development or Project Management across telco, construction, RSP or other relevant fields.
Proven ability to build and manage strategic stakeholder relationships, influencing collaboration to achieve shared goals.
Strong project management skills, with experience delivering large‑scale deployments.
Advanced critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, able to tackle complex challenges.
Commercial acumen, with a track record of supporting business growth and operational efficiency.
Exceptional communication skills, able to engage confidently at all levels and facilitate robust conversations when needed.
Adaptability and a growth mindset where you’ll thrive in fast‑paced and changing environments.
An outcome‑oriented approach focusing on delivering results for both customers and the business.
Skilled at prioritising tasks, managing time efficiently and maintaining strong attention to detail.
