About the role
We're seeking a Senior AnalyticsEngineer to design and deliver high-quality, reusable data models and analyticsproducts that empower decision-makers across the Authority.
You'll bridge thegap between technical data engineering and business-facing analytics, ensuringour data products are accurate, accessible, and aligned with strategic goals.
This is a hands-on role where youwill :
Translate business requirements intorobust, scalable data models and products
Build and maintain analytics-readydatasets using SQL and Python
Collaborate with analysts, datascientists, and IT to ensure data integrity and usability
Champion best practices in data modelling,documentation, and governance
Validate KPIs and metrics to ensure theyreflect business logic and regulatory needs
Support self-service analytics throughwell-designed semantic layers and tooling
You'll work across the fullanalytics lifecycle — from stakeholder engagement to production deployment — ina lean, agile team that values curiosity, initiative, and impact.

Are you someone with the following?
5+ years' experience in analyticsengineering or BI development
Strong SQL skills and experience withmodern data platforms (Databricks preferred)
Familiarity with data modelling principles(eg dimensional modelling, Delta Lake)
Ability to translate business logic intotechnical solutions
Experience with CI / CD, version control,and collaborative workflows
Comfort working in a lean team with broadresponsibilities
Excellent communication and stakeholderengagement skills
A proactive, detail-oriented approach toproblem-solving and validation
