What You’ll Do
- Lead commercial performance across Asia, delivering profitable growth and market expansion.
- Work hand in hand with our Distributors to continue to drive sales outcomes with clear KPIs and structured reviews.
- Unlock opportunities across traditional, emerging, and digital channels.
- Oversee China WFOE operations with full budget and P&L responsibility.
- Inspire and develop a high‑performing team in China.
- Travel across the region to strengthen partnerships, train trade partners, and grow key accounts.
- Harness AI tools to forecast, analyse, and map opportunities for smarter decision‑making.
What You’ll Bring
Proven leadership experience across diverse or remote teams.Strong commercial expertise in FMCG, wine / spirits, or premium consumer goods.Distributor management success with measurable outcomes.Regional knowledge of Asia’s varied commercial and regulatory environments.Financial acumen with P&L and budget management skills.Tech‑savvy with AI, CRM, and analytics tools.A degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.Mandarin or Korean language skills would be a bonus (but not essential).Why Babich Wines?
