Job descriptionOversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow. Manage staff rosters, training, and performance. Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering with suppliers. Ensure compliance with Lotto and retail regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. Maintain accurate sales and financial records. Implement merchandising and promotional strategies. Ensure store cleanliness and health & safety compliance. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures. Report operational updates and issues to business owners.

Location : Auckland
Pay Rate : $29 – $35 per hour
Hours of Work : 30 – 40 hours per week
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience or Level 4 Qualification.
