Overview

Hi there, I am Isabel, another human being navigating the journey of life.

Like most of us I have faced my share of struggles and my path has inspired me to become a qualified counsellor.

I am passionate about walking alongside you, offering support on your journey of self-exploration and growth.

My approach is gentle and calm.

I create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space that allows you to bring and explore whatever you feel comfortable with.

I tailor my approach to your specific needs, drawing from Person-centred Thearpy (PCC), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

The counselling process is not about providing answers, but rather about collaboratively uncovering the answers that already exist within you.

You are the expert in your life and I will support you in understanding what might lie underneath your difficulties.

Together we will identify strategies to help you move forward and your challenges can become your opportunities for change and growth.

My focus is on creating a space for you where you can pause, reflect, and cultivate a relationship with yourself where all your parts are welcomed, understood and allowed to be there.
