We're on the hunt for a motivated Team Leader to take charge of marquee, flooring, and event equipment installs across Christchurch.

This hands-on role is perfect for someone who leads from the front, keeps standards high, and enjoys working with a tight-knit crew in a fast-paced environment.

Pay rate

• per hour (paid weekly)

Your day-to-day will include

Supervising and motivating small field teams on-site

Overseeing safe and efficient marquee installations and pack-downs

Planning and loading gear for each job

Communicating with clients and operations staff

Maintaining top standards for safety, quality, and presentation

Training and supporting junior crew members

To be successful, you'll need

Proven experience in event setup, construction, or similar physical work

Previous leadership or team supervision experience

Strong focus on safety and attention to detail

Full NZ Driver's Licence (Class 2 an advantage)

Physically fit and happy to work flexible hours (including weekends in peak season)

Great communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
