We’re seeking a Residential Property Manager to join us on an exclusive contractor basis.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position ideal for someone who enjoys independence while being part of a supportive, experienced team. You won’t be required to attend the office regularly, but weekly meetings and ad hoc in-person catch-ups are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting routine property inspections
• Managing lettings and tenant onboarding
• Organising and coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act
• Liaising with owners, tenants and contractors
