What Your Role Will Involve
Provide career counselling and vocational guidance to ACC and MSD clients at different stages of their return-to-work journeyComplete career capability assessments, goals and plansSupport clients with CVs, cover letters, and job applications to help them present their best selvesEnsure physical rehabilitation needs are in place and are a priorityCoach individuals in job search strategies and interview preparation to build confidence and independenceLiaise with a range of suppliers and service providers to coordinate holistic client supportManage case funding and documentation with attention to detailWhat You'll Bring
This role requires some essential skills and qualificactions. To be considered you mush have the following :
Membership with CDANZ, RCSA, ASORC, or RCAA (or eligibility to obtain)Tertiary qualification in Career Counselling, Social Work, Human Resources, or a related disciplineA minimum of two years' experience in vocational rehabilitation, employment services, or a related fieldProven experience delivering ACC contracts and services, including Back to Work and Initial Occupational Assessments (IOA).The right to live and work in New ZealandApply Now
