Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator or coordinator who's looking for a challenge and eager to upskill.
You'll manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment processes and play a key role in onboarding new staff, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Key responsibilities
Support the Recruitment team and Electoral Commission managers recruiting for the
Provide administrative support including recruitment, reference checking, onboarding and systems support.
Coordinate and support applicants.
Salary
This is a Grade 13 role, with a salary band of $61,550-$68,390 depending on relevant skills and experience of the candidate.
About you
Experience in a similar role – Generalist Administration or Recruitment
The ability to deal with people of all levels within the organisation
A high level of computer literacy including Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
The ability to multi-task and manage multiple requirements simultaneously
A relevant tertiary qualification – experience in the Public Sector would be an advantage
