You'll be responsible for consistently servicing your territory, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow both your customer book and the value we deliver. Your ability to influence decisions on-farm, while delivering exceptional service and solutions, will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver tailored, on-farm nutrient and agronomy advice that adds measurable value to customers.

Own and drive a

territory sales plan

with a focus on both retention and growth.

Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and convert new leads into long-term customers.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs aligned with business objectives.

Maintain a well-structured pipeline and use CRM tools to track progress and customer engagement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the region.

Actively contribute to the mentoring and development of team members.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Solve complex problems with practical, solution-focused thinking.

Manage time effectively with a strong sense of discipline and accountability.

What You'll Bring

A strong background in

sales

, account management, or advisory services, preferably in agriculture or agribusiness.

Proven ability to deliver results through consultative selling and customer engagement.

Technical knowledge of nutrient management or agronomy (agriculture qualification is a plus).

Commercial acumen and the ability to identify and close sales opportunities.

Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.

Self-motivation, planning discipline, and a structured approach to territory and time management.

Team-first attitude with a willingness to share knowledge and help others grow.
