Full time Retail AssistantWe are recruiting now for our Sylvia Park New Zealand Lindt team made up of energetic, diverse, vibrant individuals to help us Enchant the World with Chocolate.About the roleAs a Full time Retail Team Member, you will enchant the world with chocolate by providing a unique Lindt experience through;
• Preparing customer hot & cold drinks and Ice cream orders at our chocolate bar
• Moving with a sense of urgency in a high energy, high volume and fast paced environment as you serve customers between the chocolate bar, point of sale and retail floor
• Educating and informing customers on Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in-depth knowledge
• Being our Lindt ambassadors and delivering exceptional customer service
• Maintaining a premium environment, through actively restocking, cleaning and adhering to WHS and quality compliance
• Part time and Casual positions available Monday to Sunday, flexible hoursWe are looking for individuals who :
• Love Chocolate and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality, retail or customer service environment
• Have a passion for excellence and confidently approach and provide every customer with a unique Lindt experience including
• Previous barista experience desirable, however not necessary
• Flexibility to work hours that suit our fluctuating business needs, including weekends and public holidaysWe’ll Enchant your World by providing
• Extensive & ongoing training, coaching and support to deliver the above requirements including a private training session with our Lindt Maitre Chocolatier
