As a Centre Manager, you will take full responsibility for the daily operations of your centre :
Lead the team : Manage and support teachers and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
Student & Parent Engagement : Build strong relationships with students and parents, addressing enquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive experience.
Centre Operations : Oversee enrolments, documentation, fee processing, and general administration.
Customer Service Excellence : Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment for students, parents, and staff.
Problem Solving & Improvement : Take ownership of operational challenges, suggest improvements, and contribute to the centre’s overall success.
