Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Google Ads & Facebook Ads Expert

Lead and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads and Facebook Ads, optimizing for growth, cost efficiency, and scalability. Build and oversee multi‑channel marketing funnels from awareness to conversion, ensuring campaigns maximize lead generation and revenue. Optimize marketing investments, managing ad budgets (25k$+ per month or equivalent) to deliver measurable ROI while improving CAC efficiency. Create and implement A / B testing, analyzing creative variations, audience segments, and landing pages to enhance overall conversion rates. Lead, manage, and grow the marketing team, ensuring seamless collaboration across performance marketing, content, creative, and product functions. Use data‑driven insights from Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API to inform decision‑making and continuously optimize campaign performance. Maintain a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and AI‑driven advertising innovations, leading the adoption of new tools and technologies. Provide clear, actionable reporting to senior leadership on campaign performance, KPIs and strategic recommendations for future growth.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven success driving performance growth through paid media and scaling customer acquisition.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and manage cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV), and conversion optimization.
  • In‑depth experience managing large‑scale budgets and optimizing paid media for profitability.
  • Advanced proficiency with GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and analytics platforms.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach to executing performance marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
