  • Architect and develop a scalable, web-based project management platform with mobile functionality
  • Integrate AI-driven modules for project planning, risk analysis, and schedule optimization
  • Implement secure authentication and data protection measures
  • Design dynamic dashboards and customizable reporting tools for stakeholders
  • Develop automated notification systems with escalation protocols for overdue tasks
  • Ensure cross-platform accessibility and seamless real-time collaboration
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and delivery timelines
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations during the planning and research phase

Skills and Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-stack web application development, preferably for SaaS or project management solutions
  • Strong proficiency in AI / ML integration for business process automation
  • Expertise in secure authentication, data encryption, and privacy best practices
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and scalable architecture
  • Experience with responsive UI / UX design for both web and mobile platforms
  • Ability to design and implement dynamic dashboards and reporting tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of maintenance project workflows and safety compliance is a plus
  • Availability for remote collaboration and flexible project planning
