  • Guide student leaders and actively support event management, ensuring smooth execution while fostering learning opportunities for student organisers.
  • Conduct administrative briefings, onboarding sessions, and student club information sessions for students.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful student engagement opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement, Communications and Service Excellence

  • Experience mentoring, guiding, or supporting student leaders and student clubs, with the ability to inspire and empower young adults.
  • Stakeholder Management and Collaboration

  • Ability to navigate diverse viewpoints, coordinate across teams, and drive cross‑MSc initiatives.
  • Event Planning and Project Management

  • Proven experience in event management, including planning, execution, logistics coordination, and post‑event evaluation.
  • Ability to lead student teams in event execution while ensuring quality, safety, and learning outcomes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in conducting briefings, presentations, and engagement sessions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse, international student population.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, empathetic, and approachable manner.
  • Efficient problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage unexpected student issues, plan contingencies, and respond calmly to challenges.
  • Digital Skills
