Work Broker | Auckland Region | Mangere
We're looking for dynamic, driven individuals who can hit the ground running and proactively engage with local employers to create sustainable job opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you'll need relevant or transferrable experience in business development, recruitment, or labour market engagement—particularly where you've worked closely with employers to meet their workforce needs—is highly advantageous.
As a Work Broker, you'll build strong relationships with employers, understand their hiring needs, and connect them with the right candidates.
You'll advocate for clients, promote their skills, and support them through the job placement process.
This role is well-suited to those with a background in recruitment, account management, business development, or industry experience across healthcare, construction, retail, education and training, manufacturing, or horticulture.
