Provide servicing on customers’ Multi-Function Devices in accordance with the procedures indicated inside the service manual
Take ownership of designated Multi-Function Devices and ensure all Multi-Function Devices are in optimum working conditions
Providing quality services during visits to ensure customers or users are delighted
To provide resolution to customer when they encountered connectivity issues or unable to utilize the machine in their printing environment
To undertake the role and responsibilities to ensure all installed machines with connectivity are properly installed and demonstrated to users on the use of the machine’s functions and connectivity matters
Support team in technical support and solutions
Requirement
At least a diploma or equivalent in engineering, IT, business or a related field is required.
At least 2 years or more of relevant experience in technical field operation in office equipment with intermediate knowledge in networking
Comfortable to travel extensively to customer location island wide
