Job descriptionDelivering commercial construction projects across Waikato Leading and supervising a team of 4 carpenters Hands-on carpentry work on-site Ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines Coordinating tasks and delegating responsibilities Maintaining safety standards and compliance with construction regulations Liaising with management and site supervisors to report progress Proven experience in carpentry and leading small teams in commercial industry Valid Site Safe certification Valid working rights in New Zealand Full NZ driver’s licence
About the role
This permanent position offers the chance to step into a leadership role while remaining hands-on with carpentry. You’ll oversee a small team and deliver quality results across commercial construction builds in Waikato.
