About the role :

Reporting through to our Merchandising Manager you will be an integral part of our friendly team of Buyers and a member of the Crackerjack family.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Building and maintaining new and existing relationships with suppliers to negotiate great deals for us to pass onto our customers
• Managing the product lifecycle from sourcing and procurement to delivery, sell through and reordering
• Analysing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions about product selection, pricing, and stock levels
• Working in conjunction with merchandising and marketing to create advertising campaigns for online catalogues and website
• Has a sound understanding of the price elasticity of demand.
• Experience in working in a trading environment.
• Staying updated on industry developments and regulations
• Building up your professional networks and industry / product knowledge by attending overseas buying trips and trade fairs
