Marketing & Advancement Lead

Selwyn House School is an independent girls' school and co-ed Preschool centrally located in Merivale.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing and Advancement Lead to join our team.

This is a pivotal role dedicated to strengthening our school's reputation and ensuring our long-term sustainability and growth.

Reporting to the Director of Operational Services, the Marketing & Advancement Lead delivers the initiatives that secure the school's future through student acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include :

Marketing and Brand Planning

Digital Marketing

Student Growth

Enrolment and Scholarships

Revenue Diversification (Advancement)

Qualifications and experience sought :

To be successful in this role, you will be a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator.

Proven experience delivering marketing, brand, enrolment, or advancement initiatives, ideally in an education or not-for-profit environment.

Demonstrated expertise in digital and traditional marketing, including website management, content creation, and analytics.

Experience in campaigns or in securing partnerships, sponsorships, or donations.

Knowledge of fundraising and advancement principles, including donor engagement and relationship management.

Experience using CRM systems.

Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships.

A tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field.

Experience in supporting staff to achieve high performance.
