Recruiting, organising and supporting principals in your region
Planning local actions with staff and union members
Representing individual principals with employment issues
This role sees you engaging with principals on union kaupapa and the issues that directly impact them.
You will work to empower principals to join together to make a difference to their working lives.
If you want to support principals to have a strong voice in their union then we would like to hear from you.
To be successful in this role you will need to have strong experience with schools and with unionism.
You will spend at least a day a week in our Tamaki office and the rest of the week out working with members across the region.
