Job description

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and train kitchen staff
Deliver consistent, high-quality cooking and presentation
Follow and enforce all established recipes, portions, and systems
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and a well-organised kitchen
Manage ordering, stock levels, and rotation
Monitor and maintain kitchen KPIs :

Food cost control

Wage cost management

Portion accuracy

Waste reduction

Speed & consistency during service

Support a positive, professional, and stable kitchen culture

About You

5+ years as a Senior Chef or similar leadership role

Strong cooking ability and hands‑on leadership style

Excellent time management under pressure

Proven consistency in following systems and procedures

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Reliable, organised, and calm during busy shifts
