This role is focused purely on new business development.

You'll engage with warm enquiries, build referral networks, and convert opportunities into signed managements.

Once agreements are secured, the property management team takes over, allowing you to focus entirely on growth.

You'll be supported by in-house marketing, admin assistance, proven systems, and a collaborative leadership team that celebrates success.

Key Responsibilities Qualify and convert inbound leads into new managements Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and referrers Manage your pipeline effectively with timely follow-ups Represent the organisation with professionalism and confidence About You Proven experience in business development or sales (ideally within property or related industries) Confident, resilient, and able to build genuine connections with people Strong organisational and presentation skills This role is being managed by REAP Recruitment.
