The Role

You’re not just selling homes, you’re guiding clients through one of the most exciting (and sometimes nerve‑wracking) journeys of their lives. From the first conversation to the final contract, you’ll ensure every client feels understood, valued and thoroughly WOWED.

• Qualify clients like a pro — dig deep to uncover their dream‑home must‑haves, design desires and budget boundaries
• Collaborate with the inhouse design and estimating teams to deliver accurate, inspiring and achievable solutions
• Leverage industry‑leading tools and resources that empower you to deliver an unmatched client experience
• Keep your CRM sharp and detailed to power a stronger sales pipeline and elevate your results
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships grounded in trust, integrity, and exceptional service
