Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a respected construction company based in Dunedin. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of industry experience in a leadership position, a strong track record leading projects from planning to completion, and either LBP status or relevant experience. You’ll be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring everything is in place to deliver high-quality results. Strong leadership and communication skills are key, along with the ability to set clear objectives, involve your team in planning, provide support and direction, and evaluate progress to keep things on track. You’ll be confident reading plans, interpreting technical drawings, and using Microsoft Office tools. A proactive approach to health and safety, a sharp eye for quality, and a willingness to step in where needed across the wider team are also essential.
