Are you an experienced design leader with a passion for shaping the future of the organisation in the Services for the Future programme business capability?
Do you thrive on strategic leadership, integrated analysing and designing how enterprises operate and influencing transformational change?
In this pivotal role, you will lead the work defining the enterprise level business requirements that inform future state design, definition, and ongoing evolution of business operations and functional requirements for a specific business capability (business analysis, business process, or business rules) that underpin MSD’s transformation programme.
You will provide strategic leadership and direction across business analysis work in the MSD – services for the future programme domains to achieve a shared understanding of future-state requirements, transition states, and the operational and technical shifts required to implement MSD’s target operating model.
You will collaborate widely across transition state design activity and current state analysis of business products and services, ensuring integrated design activity that addresses the complex and unique challenges of designing future transition states to support service transformation.
You will be a critical connector and influencer between strategic intent and operational execution, ensuring robust, high-quality design thinking drives and informs the transformation lifecycle.

Salary | Utu-ā-tau : $161,811.00 - $214,131.00
