We are a NZ owned and operated project management consultancy with a strong reputation across the construction industry.

We deliver high profile projects to both the public and private sectors, focusing on government projects in health, education, and social infrastructure, as well as horizontal sectors such as transport and water.

We are looking for an intermediate to senior (or senior) level project manager with ideally vertical project experience in PM consultancy, though horizontal experience will be considered.

Typically you will need to be able to :

Establish the project through appointing consultants, producing feasibility studies, monitoring all statutory processes and advising on procurement options

Project manage the construction phase, having responsibility for QA / risk, financial reporting, budget management / cost control, programming, defects list, remedial works and various project reports

Manage stakeholders and conduct and / or chair meetings

As a project manager, you should have 5-8 years of NZ-based experience across industries such as health, education, industrial, aged care, high rise residential, water and transport.

A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, or Engineering is essential.
