As a Recovery Assistant, you will provide rehabilitation support & services to our clients recovering from injuries to help them return to independence. This role is computer based and involves supporting client’s recovery through phone calls, emails and allocated tasks.

At times, your role will include :

  • Having difficult conversations and delivering unfavourable news
  • Setting clear expectations around what support we can and cannot provide
  • Making final decisions in situations that aren’t black and white

We are recruiting for the Level 1 Recovery Assistant role.

This role has a set start date of 15 January 2026; you’ll work fixed hours during this period to ensure you’re fully supported as you learn.

If successful, you’ll work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8 : 00am and 5 : 30pm.

    The indicative starting salary in this role is $67,442 + a 9% superannuation contribution.
