We’re a growing pet food business committed to helping owners get the best nutrition possible for their pets. Our flagship retail store is looking for an energetic, passionate and outgoing Retail Assistant to join the pack!

Role Overview

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be the face of our raw pet food shop, helping customers find the best solutions for their pets and creating a positive, welcoming experience from the moment they walk in the door. You’ll be working with a small team including staff at our factory in Oakura.

Training and education about the product and raw feeding as a whole will be provided.

About You

• Have a passion for pets and animal wellbeing
• Are confident in an outward facing role, speaking to customers and offering tailored advice
• Are a strong communicator and team player
• Are comfortable taking some short-form video content in store
• Consider yourself to be an organized person who consistently pays attention to detail

Customer service or previous retail experience is ideal but not required. If you’re a fast learner who takes on feedback and advice, we want to hear from you too.
