Job Description

JO&JOE has opened its new hostel in Auckland! And is looking for its next Housekeeping Supervisor. Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE, by being part of the team! The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the housekeeping team, ensuring our spaces are always sparkling, welcoming, and ready for our guests and community.

Challenge 2 : Guarantee the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in all guest rooms and public areas.

Challenge 3 : Train, motivate, and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Challenge 4 : Manage daily schedules, room assignments, and inventory of cleaning supplies and linen.

Challenge 5 : Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback, turning every interaction into a positive experience.

Challenge 6 : Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Challenge 7 : Contribute to achieving set targets in terms of guest satisfaction, efficiency, and cost control.
