Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations of the service station, convenience store, and food outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Manage compliance obligations including fuel and hazardous substances handling, leak detection, Health & Safety at Work Act requirements, and food control plans.
Develop and implement operational procedures for customer service, stock control, and safety standards.
Monitor financial performance, including daily sales reconciliation, cash flow tracking, supplier invoicing, and expenditure control.
Plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including performance reviews, rostering, and ongoing coaching to ensure high standards of service.
Coordinate with external agencies and contractors for maintenance, compliance inspections, and supply logistics.
Maintain accurate records of compliance, stock levels, and daily business operations.
Overseas profitability, staffing, and store performance.
Skills and Experience Required :
A minimum of two years' relevant experience in retail, service station, or food service management;orA Level 6 qualification (or higher) may be accepted in place of the above work experience, and vice versa.
Strong knowledge of fuel station compliance, hazardous substances management, and food safety.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in stock control systems and basic financial reporting.
