About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Joining our team, you’ll be an experienced and inspirational people leader that has what it takes to continue to drive the Distribution Centre towards success. You’ll lead and manage a team to meet safety, operations, people, customer and financial performance expectations - inspiring our teams to bring their best to work each day and return home safe. Helping to develop the training strategy and managing its execution to ensure our new team members are set up for success!
About You | Mōu
To succeed in this role you will bring 2+ years of Supply Chain or Manufacturing Leadership experience leading a large, mixed workforce (10-15 people teams). You’ll be systems savvy, with a solid working knowledge of distribution centre systems and computer programs and will possess excellent planning and problem solving abilities.
You will be an inspirational leader and role model, being able to lead, coach and influence a team to continued success!
