This role is all about building strong, lasting partnerships with existing AA customers, driving revenue and profit growth, and ensuring the best possible customer experience.What You'll Be Doing | Mo te TurangaManaging and growing relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term value.Driving revenue growth by identifying and converting new commercial opportunities with existing clients.Supporting contract negotiations and renewals alongside the Contract Management team.Working with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Data & Analytics, Customer Experience) to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.Providing feedback and insights on market trends, competitor activity, and product performance.About You | Mou5+ years' experience in a similar role with proven account management success.Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.Strong business insight with the ability to drive results.Confidence in cross-functional collaboration and influencing decision-making.Solid planning and organisational skills.A relevant diploma or certificate or equivalent occupational experience.Proven negotiation skills, balancing customer needs with business goals to achieve win–win outcomesWhat We Offer | Nga ahuatanga kei a matouFree AA Membership for you and your whanau
