The Role

This Is a Pivotal Role That Blends Strategy, Financial Planning & Analysis, And Business Partnering, With Plenty Of Opportunity To Influence Big Decisions And Drive Commercial Outcomes. You’ll Work Closely With Your Manager And Other Senior Leaders To Build Budgets And Forecasts, Drive Commercial Modelling, And Provide Strategic Insights That Shape This Organisation's Future Direction. It’s a Hands-on Role Where You’ll Support Everything From Pricing Strategy And New Initiatives, Through To Board Reporting And Business Cases. Key Responsibilities Include :

  • Building and maintaining robust financial models, including a 5-year forecast aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Partnering with leaders to identify opportunities, assess ROI, and support commercial initiatives.
  • Supporting new product development with pricing and packaging models, plus annual pricing reviews.
  • Driving annual budgets, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting to Exec and Board.
  • Assisting with commercial contracts, procurement processes, and negotiations.
  • Collaborating with Insights team to improve data quality and reporting.

About You

To Be Suitable For This Role You Will Either Be a Qualified Accountant (CA / CPA) Who Has Built Your Career In FP&A And Business Partnering, Or You Could Come From a Management Consulting Or Corporate Finance Background, With Commercial Experience Under Your Belt And a Desire To Step Into a Broader Strategic Role. Either Way, You’ll Bring :

  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial environments, ideally with pricing and modelling exposure.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in business casing, financial modelling, and strategy support.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable presenting to Exec and Board.
  • A proactive, energetic and collaborative style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Excel and also modelling tools.
