About the Role

You'll be working on a variety of fabrication and welding projects, supporting both workshop and on-site work.

Expect plenty of variety – from structural steel fabrication to custom builds and repairs.

Your Day May Include :

MIG, TIG, and ARC welding

Cutting, grinding, and shaping steel components

Reading and interpreting drawings and fabrication plans

Working with structural steel, mild steel, and occasionally stainless steel

Carrying out repairs, maintenance, and modifications

Ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule

Who We're Looking For

Proven experience in fabrication and welding

Strong welding ability (MIG essential; TIG an advantage)

Ability to read drawings and follow fabrication plans

A solid understanding of workshop safety

A reliable, hardworking attitude

Great communication and teamwork skills

Welding tickets are a bonus – but not essential if you have the skills
