Key Responsibilities : Welding & AssemblyCut, shape, and fit parts together using MIG / TIG / MMA welding and fabrication toolsBuild, repair, and assemble machinery and mechanical systemsMaintenance & RepairPerform routine checks and preventative maintenance on equipmentDiagnose and repair mechanical issues to reduce downtimeTechnical Drawing InterpretationRead and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematicsUnderstand tolerances, dimensions, and material specs for accurate fabricationQuality ControlUse precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to inspect workEnsure all components meet required specs and standardsTeam CollaborationWork closely with engineers, supervisors, and teammatesContribute to effective project planning and problem-solvingWhat We're Looking For : Proven fabrication and welding experience (mill / industrial experience a bonus)Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsCommitment to health & safety on the jobWhat We Offer : Competitive pay based on experienceWeekly pay & PPE providedOngoing support from the Tradestaff TeamReady to get started?
