Job descriptionProvide career counselling and vocational guidance to ACC and MSD clients at different stages of their return‑to‑work journey Complete career capability assessments, goals and plans Support clients with CVs, cover letters and job applications to help them present their best selves Ensure physical rehabilitation needs are in place and are a priority Coach individuals in job search strategies and interview preparation to build confidence and independence Liaise with a range of suppliers and service providers to coordinate holistic client support Manage case funding and documentation with attention to detail Membership with CDANZ, RCSA, ASORC or RCAA (or eligibility to obtain) Tertiary qualification in Career Counselling, Social Work, Human Resources, or a related discipline A minimum of two years' experience in vocational rehabilitation, employment services or a related field Proven experience delivering ACC contracts and services, including Back to Work and Initial Occupational Assessments (IOA) The right to live and work in New Zealand @frontlinehealth.co.nz quoting the reference number above.
