You'll be the go-to person for complex employee relations matters, providing sound, pragmatic advice and building strong relationships across the organisation.This role is key to ensuring consistency in our ER practice, supporting our People Partners and Advisors, and contributing to policy development, compliance, and collective bargaining processes.

You'll also mentor others and help shape a culture of continuous improvement.Responsibilities and RequirementsFixed-term full-time role until 30 June

• Based at Mount Wellington and Manukau hubsExperienced in the social services sector, with insight into community needsSalary $106,

• (placement within this band will be determined by the extent to which candidates meet or exceed the relevant qualifications and experience requirements)You'll be joining a passionate PX team that operates nationally, engaging with a diverse range of services and stakeholders — and learning lots about the social sector along the way!

You're someone who thrives in complex ER environments and builds rapport easily.

You understand the importance of relational practice and bring a calm, confident approach to supporting leaders and kaimahi through challenging situations.Extensive experience in ER and IR, ideally within the social services sectorProven ability to manage complex ER cases and investigationsStrong communication, coaching, and influencing skillsA relevant tertiary qualification in HR, ER, or a related fieldExperience in a unionised environment, including collective bargainingWhat We OfferJoin a team that champions positive culture, collaboration, and fun!
