General Manager

TOA Pacific is looking for an experienced, visionary General Manager to lead it’s South Auckland based team of social workers and navigators. This is a unique role, working alongside the Board to strengthen service delivery, develop and grow the team and make a meaningful impact in the community.

About Us

Toa Pacific Incorporated Society is an Auckland-based NGO committed to supporting Pacific communities and diverse communities. We provide services across family harm intervention, programmes for older people, Whānau Ora services, and wellbeing support, helping individuals and families stay safe and resilient. Our team works with multi-agency partners to provide practical, culturally informed solutions that meet clients’ holistic needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, vision and inspiration to the organisation
• Manage the delivery of core services to ensure funding requirement are met
• Develop and manage strategic relationships
• Ensure the organisation meets its legal, statutory and contractual obligations
• Ensure sound financial management of the organisation
• Lead the implementation of the organisations risk management plan
• Develop and lead a marketing and communication plan
• Work with the board to improve organisational capacity and capability
