Hospitality - Steward (Butler)

The Steward / ess is the key member of staff to anticipate the guests’ needs and fulfill their requests as well as ensuring an unforgettable personalized experience for every guest. This role will require wearing many hats from housekeeping, food and beverage service, bartender, beach and pool service, valet, concierge, and personal shopping.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a personalized vacation experience for guests
• Manage all in-home services of the guests
• Ensure all home, amenities and operating systems are in order
• Assist with meal service
• Supervises home team and vendors
• Provide continuous oversight and quality control during each Guest stay
• Effectively communicate with Ambassador, Guest and Home Experience team to ensure all expectations are met
• Ensure consistency of service delivery and ensure expectations are always exceeded
• Relentless focus on achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction
