About the Role :
Newly created permanent full-time opportunity for a National Asset Manager to join us at our Christchurch based campus.
Reporting to the Head of Property and Procurement, in this role you’ll lead a team responsible for delivering both operational and capital building projects as well as maintenance activities across the building portfolio.
This will see you work with the Property Manager and collaborate with Airways’ operational and technical teams to ensure asset management strategies are aligned with organisational objectives. Additionally, you’ll provide strategic oversight of Airways’ manned building assets, ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation, codes, and internal policies.

Due to the nature of the role and our operations, you'll be comfortable working in a complex, regulated environment with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
