Do you have the passion to inspire teams while shaping business success?

Join Amazon as a Chartered Management Degree Apprentice and turn your leadership potential into real‑world impact - all while earning a fully funded degree.

This role is the perfect way to embark on your career as a Chartered Manager. You’ll take on diverse responsibilities that develop your ability to make strategic decisions, collaborate effectively, and motivate teams to deliver results. Most importantly, you’ll forge strong relationships with stakeholders, building your presence as a trusted and influential leader.

As a Chartered Management Degree Apprentice, you’ll take on a supervisory role from day one, gaining hands‑on experience leading teams, managing operations, and making decisions that drive results. You’ll combine your academic learning with practical management experience, ensuring you can apply what you study directly in the workplace.

You’ll develop skills in leadership, communication, strategic planning, and business improvement - becoming a confident and capable manager ready to make a positive impact.

  • Identify and manage risks to ensure successful delivery
  • Foster an inclusive, ethical, and high‑performing work environment

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for emerging leaders who are passionate about people, eager to learn, and ready to grow. You don’t need prior management experience - just the potential to lead, collaborate, and take initiative.

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You

  • Enjoy solving problems and motivating others to achieve shared goals
  • Communicate clearly and value diverse perspectives
  • Are proactive, organised, and eager to develop yourself and others
  • Can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership
