  • About the Role
  • We're looking for a skilled and proactive Platform Owner to lead the administration and optimisation of Procore, our construction management system within the Infrastructure and Investment Group (IIG). This role is central to ensuring the platform is used effectively across our infrastructure portfolio, enabling high-quality reporting, streamlined workflows, and improved user experience.You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Procore platform, driving enhancements, ensuring data integrity, and supporting integration with other enterprise systems. You'll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the platform meets organisational needs and supports strategic decision-making.This is a hands-on role that combines technical expertise with stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and innovation. You'll play a key part in shaping how we support infrastructure projects are delivered across Health NZ.
  • About the Team / Service / Location
  • The mission of the Health New Zealand Infrastructure and Investment Group (IIG) is to provide the safe, fit for purpose health facilities, sites and equipment that are essential for a well-functioning health system. The IIG leads investment by understanding and managing these well, ensuring health facilities, sites, and equipment with the highest need of investment are prioritised and standardising the way these are delivered, maintained, refurbished or redeveloped.
  • About you
  • You're a technically savvy and solutions-focused professional who enjoys working at the intersection of systems, data, and people. You bring hands-on experience managing digital platforms, ideally in construction or infrastructure and you know how to optimise tools to support better decision-making and delivery performance. You're comfortable working across teams, translating technical requirements into practical solutions, and driving adoption of best practices.You're motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a system that delivers real impact for New Zealanders. You value collaboration, continuous improvement, and user-centred design. You're curious, adaptable, and committed to helping teams work smarter and more effectively through technology.
  • You will bring :
  • 3+ years' experience in platform ownership or administration roles
  • Qualifications in IT, project management, or a related discipline
  • Advanced proficiency in Procore and other project management tools
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data modelling, and schema standards
  • Experience in monitoring platform performance and resolving technical issues
  • Ability to develop templates, workflows, and guidance for platform users
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, security, and privacy standards
  • Experience in training users and driving adoption of platform features
  • Familiarity with integration between Procore and other enterprise systems (e.g. Planview, ERP, Power BI)
